activity checks Every month or so, C&C will hold a site wide activity check. These activity checks will be to help us know who is active and who is not in order to keep our site running smoothly and efficiently. Those who do not post within the time frame will be tagged as inactive, and all their characters will be removed from the allegiances and moved to the dead bios board for safe keeping. If an inactive member returns, they will be able to have their account reactivated by pming the admin (luxx) and will be able to bring back any characters they please.

auditions After the initial opening of the site, when a member playing a high position goes inactive, or they opt to resign their character, auditions will be help to determine who will fill the position. Auditions will be run by the clan leader or a staff member, depending on what position needs to be filled. There will be no set closing times for any auditions, the one holding the audition may determine when it may be closed and who fills the position based on both ic and occ qualifications.

Every once in a while, an important thread will be posted here that will aid you in staying informed and up to date on everything that occurs on the site. These threads are made so that you can be caught up on everything from new plots, activity checks, and anything in between that may directly effect you. It is very important to check here regularly. Of course, you will always be messages when a new update is made, especially when a new activity check it out in place so that you don't miss it.
